It’s a very well-equipped piece of software, and it gives you full TV studio-like control.

CONS:

But I’ve been using it for 9 months a week now and it’s THE MOST buggy piece of software I’ve ever used.
But also crash just when you are about to go live and then make me miss my advertised go-live time. When that happens, it really repels you when you’re stressed.
Other issues include graphics not cropping when cued, guest audio issues, guest video feeds with a black screen, guests complaining about looped back audio, a guest video that needs to be trimmed and resized for no apparent reason.
As mentioned, the technical people are responsive, but I have to take a solid hour for each broadcast to resolve technical issues ahead of schedule.
And as said, I really don’t remember doing a single broadcast with no software issues that can only be solved by a series of full reboots, and in the worst case – that I have to create your broadcast document (your settings, layout, graphics, and video sources) all from scratch.
That’s also worth noting – be prepared to create your document from scratch as the software has a habit of corrupting it when it crashes invariably. And creating perfect re-creation takes time!
